Support dashboards from the commit history of an organization/repo

It seems that it is only possible to have the dashboards with data starting from the date of SOCA's adoption. In other words, it seems to not be possible to create dashboards with the whole history of the repositories from a given organization. This would also be a limitation and should be discussed.
