YAML-spreadsheet: Lists in examples are "Python"-lists

If multiple examples are given, these are currently formatted as `[item1, item2, item3]`. This is useful for automatic parsing and the regex-check. However, it is not well readable in the XLSX- file. 

Can these fields be reformatted prior XLS-saving?
