Linux VST3 binary release has no MIDI output

I was trying TeAr VST3 binary release on Linux (Debian Sid) and I noticed that, beside the plugin not responding to any MIDI input, it has no MIDI output port. This is how it looks in Carla:

After a few tries I decided to build the VST3 in Projucer (8.0.10 from the Debian repos) from this repo source and it worked. A MIDI output port is present and the plugin correctly respond to MIDI input.

There might be something wrong happening in the Linux release build process.

The Linux VST2 binary release works correctly.

This plugin is a midi effect. For some reason I don't understand, the VST3 version doesn't work everywhere. I tried to build it as a VST3i instrument with midi output capabilities, and it works better. Hence I think I will distribute it as a VST2/3 intrument in the future, even if the audio output is useless. That is planned for next version.
