Create a workflow that ensures that repo configuration across octokit is consistent #96
Description
We need a way to ensure that the +80 octokit repos are all configured the same (where appropriate) and do not get out of sync.
Org workflow could check for things like:
- Labels are consistent across all repos
- Branch protection rules
- Code quality is enabled
- so on.
