Suggested change, .setVisibility(Notification.VISIBILITY_PUBLIC)

Feedback/suggestion:  I personally don't consider it confidential information on my lock screen to know what app is using the most bandwidth / current usage.

I think the kind of power users who use this app would probably prefer the default is to make it visible.  Up to you if want to follow this suggestion, make it a preference setting, etc.
