Most test profiles fail during MVN unzip of container archives or configuration errors.

When attempting to perform a patch release, running tests seems only to work on a few of the Arquillian container configurations.  Others still fail on what appear to be deployment config changes that have been made to the containers, despite having fixed versions in the pom.xml.

Not sure what's going on here, but documenting for future reference.
