Incorrect Arabic translation and pluralization for relative time expressions

1. Numbers less than 3 (1–2):
   • Arabic requires special forms for 1 and 2 (singular and dual).
   • Example:
   • “1 minute ago” → should be منذ دقيقة واحدة
   • “2 minutes ago” → should be منذ دقيقتين
   • ❌ Currently rendered as plural: منذ 1 دقائق or similar (incorrect)

2. Numbers from 3–10:
   • Use plural form of the unit.
   • Example: منذ 5 دقائق (correct)

3. Numbers greater than 10:
   • Revert to singular form with the number.
   • Example:
   • “11 minutes ago” → should be منذ 11 دقيقة
   • “11 months ago” → should be منذ 11 شهر
   • ❌ Currently showing as 11 دقائق or 11 شهور (incorrect)
