Test and fix OCPI 2.2.1 data handling

When I: use the tool to export data from an OCPI 2.2.1

Then I expect: the tool to digest all that data without problems as long as it conforms to the spec

Instead: OCPI 2.2.1 is not well-tested and there seems to be a problem with sessions data.
