[Enhancement]: why can't destroy one configured cluster.

I just want a clean environment, why can't destroy it?

I know the hack method to destroy it, but we should provide one better solution.

This is a "by design" issue, when you see a configured status it means obd has not deploy anything, so there's nothing to be destroyed, but we can make it more clear.
When destroy command is called to a configured deployment, obd still do nothing but give a more clear log message to show the user that a configured deployed does not need to be destroyed, and also we can provide a command to delete the config files, the command may be something like 'obd cluster prune-config', and the command should also be printed out. Also when you run obd cluster destroy to a running cluster, the 'obd cluster prune-config' command should also be printed.
