Following occiware/occiware.github.io#3, there is now a page on the web site that indicates how to setup an Eclipse environment.
Roughly, it does not mention the makefile.
Instead, the Cloud Designer is referenced. And the required bundles are also listed for those who want to start from a fresh Eclipse distribution.
The readme in the eclipse directory contains duplicate documentation that was already available in the user guide (the one which was packaged as an Eclipse plugin). This documentation is not necessary anymore. And I think we can say the same thing about the makefile (it used to be helpful but I am not sure it is still the case now).
