I found this repo via: wallabag/wallabag#1254

I am just curious whether this approach is still being followed ? Active developed seemed to have come to a halt.

Did it move someplace else ?

Hi,
Indeed, we don't work actively on this repo at the moment.
However, we still use it as a basis when we start a new application.

We also have a version with docker you may be interested in.
What is the goal of your question? You want to use it or you want to contribute? Or something else?
