Map not loading, with error in the console

I'm trying the map view of bases for the first time, and I can't get the map tiles to load.

I'm using Obsidian 1.12.4 on macOS 26.3, and Maps 0.1.6

If I don't set any background in the map view, I see the markers and the zoom buttons, but no tile.

In the developer tools console, there are many similar errors, like the one in this log:

If I try to set the background to the suggested URL https://tiles.openfreemap.org/styles/liberty, I get the map when zoom is less than 5, but when I increase zoom, the world map becomes more transparent, disappears at zoom level 7, and no detailed map appears.
