Add explanatory text to ButtonComponent/setCta docs

Please could some explanatory docs be added to the setCta page...

I had to ask, and people are still asking:

Things to consider mentioning:

• It is an abbreviation for "Call to Action"
• It changes how the button is styled, to make it stand out.
• Use it sparingly, to make the button stand out from others nearby....

Support! For consistency, it would be great to update the page for setWarning() in a similar fashion ⚠️

• Used to indicate actions which permanently delete user data
• Examples include: the Uninstall button for community plugins, and the Clear button in the file recovery plugin settings
