Fix AI edit metadata issues

The agent is inconsistent in how it annotates the term to record ...
It never annotates with a “creation time” property.

I suggest an explicit instruction in Claude.md that calls the appropriate unix command to generate a datestamp value. Alternatively we could add this to the obo-checkin.pl script.
