[Enhancement]: Powermem does not automatically generate UserProfile

Description

Through dialogue with OpenClaw, the PowerMem plugin does not automatically generate a UserProfile and store it in the database. Even if it is manually told to "generate my personal UserProfile", it will only be generated according to the default logic and stored in the MD instead of the database.
