Backfill database (MLH changes) #456
Description
- put Canada down for the country of residence
- say 19 for everyone that indicated that they are 19+
- fill in false for the checkbox (new terms and condition)
- fill in Undergraduate University (3+ year) for everyone that said they’re in UBC/SFU/UVic, and for any recent grads we can say that they’re not currently a student
