[BUG] Workshop assistance ticket Logger Error #252

Describe the bug
winston.loggers.get(...).warning is not a function, is thrown when we create an assistance ticket within a workshop activity
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior on Discord:
- React to workshop assistance console for help
Expected behavior
An error should not pop up
