Unit tests failing on github runners #128
Description
Most of the unit tests written for project requires EmguCV for correct execution.
Current github runners miss some dependencies needed for EmguCV initialization, which leads to failed tests.
Creation of a dockerfile with installation of missed dependencies should resolve this issue and allow to run CI builds
