Did import/order get removed?

Hey all! I just noticed that my import/order key no longer works. I get the ts error: Key "rules": Key "import/order": Could not find "order" in plugin "import". However, a plugin for imports was not needed in earlier versions of this module, it just worked (I never had to download an eslint import plugin at all).

Just checking to see if this is no longer a viable rule option.
