🐛 The bug

Nuxt Sitemap v7.4.3

In a project we have a multi sitemap configured.

sitemap: {
  sitemaps: {
    ['sitemap-da']: {
      sources: [
        process.env.NUXT_PUBLIC_BASE_URL + '/sitemap-da.xml'
      ]
    },
    ['sitemap-en']: {
      sources: [
        process.env.NUXT_PUBLIC_BASE_URL + '/sitemap-en.xml'
      ]
    }
  }
},

Index sitemap has the following:

At /__sitemap__/sitemap-da.xml:

At /__sitemap__/sitemap-en.xml:

🌈 Expected behavior

I would have expected sitemap-en.xml to have sitemap-en.xml in the h2-heading, not sitemap-da.xml.
