Feature request: create new instances from CLI

Hi team,
just logging here again my request from the intercom so it does not get lost - for me it would be useful if I could create an instance from the commandline, and invite a collaborator via email address on to it. I don't need any specific setup actions to happen, the collaborator is going to install any apps and upload data manually.
