[Bug] Unable to compact

Describe the Bug

After kicking off a lengthy implementation plan using Claude and the orchestrate skill, eventually the orchestrator runs out of context and stops. It gives the option to /compact or /clear. Trying a compact produces:

⎿ Error: Error during compaction: Error: Conversation too long. Press esc twice to go up a few messages and try again.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run mclaude
2. Load the orchestration skill with /orchestration
3. Tell the agent to load the implementation plan and start working on it.

Expected Behavior

If context is fully used up, compacting should work.

Claude Code issue

In latest version this should be fixed

Also in latest version the team option is removed

But I do a vanilla claude code orchestrator plugin under my n-skills marketplace
