checkDataConfig should check col classes

• checkDataConfig() should check whether tbl classes match classes listed in xt config,
  • we want to be sure that when adding a new row (which converts to classes given in xt config) can be added back into the original data frame (tbl)
• there should be an optional argument (default TRUE), whether to conduct this new check
