I've hit this issue again. My model has a couple of hundred tables and I have modified (heavily) 1 which is linked to two children and all have references to multiple lookup tables. I want to generate the DDL for just these handful of tables. I can't see any way to select just the objects then generate the required source. I guess I am going to have to generate the DDL for the entire model then hack the SQL script to isolate the objects (which will be error prone). Can I request the ability to generate source for only the selected objects in a model in version 1.2? Simon |

Not sure if this has already been covered elsewhere: a search didn't return anything. And I have not checked the "what's new" in 1.2 beta.
Scenario: I have created two new tables in my model with multiple foreign keys associated with them.
In the model I select the two tables and the foreign keys as now I want to generate just the SQL DDL for them.
But I can't as no ":source" option appears in the right mouse click menu.
I have to select each individually and right mouse click select "source" and build a new SQL script from all these selections.
Could we have the ability to create the source of selected objects please?
