Attributes not displaying in the model

I have a table with many attributes but only some attributes are shown in the data model.
So, in the following image, there are columns like line_1, postcode, locality etc but they are now shown in its graphic representation.
The graphic is in full uncollapsed mode.
Any idea why this is happening?
