Add additional options for DDL generation

1. I'd like to have an option of generating DDL scripts in split mode, with the following statements included in the same file as the corresponding table creation script: 1) CREATE INDEX, 2) ALTER TABLE ... ADD CONSTRAINT. Basically have all sql statements related to particular table included in the same table creation script.
2. I'd like to be able to suppress the -- ddl-end -- comments. I know they can help troubleshooting in case of errors, but for me the ugliness of the resulting script that contains literally dozens -- ddl-end -- fragments overweights any possible benefit, - e.g., it's being included after each COMMENT ON COLUMN statement.
3. I'd like an option to not have the db schema name of owner specified in the DDLs. Typically when I run the scripts,- I logon as the schema owner, so by default the objects are being created in the correct schema. On the other hand I might have several schemas collocated in the same db that I'd like to run the same scripts against, - e.g. for different development environments etc. Naturally they would have different names. So for my use cases, including shema names, alter statements setting the object ownership etc. in the scripts is counterproductive.

I concur with some of these particularly option 2 and option 3 (see my comment) - nor have role, database, schema creation DDL etc exported.

Option 1: It would be nice to be able to make a selection of required objects in the data model diagram and then just show the DDL source for that selection. It would also be nice to be able for a table selection to include any foreign keys that are between the selected tables Currently one would have to group select a table and its FKs to be able to generate source.

Would be great to be able to export just the index creation DML separate to other DDL.
