Understanding why an import of a database table to synchronise attribute differences failed

I have a database table (request_land_search) which has more attributes and indexes that its model equivalent.

I use import> to select only the table in the database (and all its columns, indexes etc) and it doesn't add the extra columns etc to the model table.

The generated error log is attached.

This type of synchronisation has worked for other tables. I don't understand why not for this one. Please advise?
