bug: no notification icon on windows #119

Describe the bug
Looks like the "Show icon in notification area" doesn't work on windows, enabling it and restarting cantata don't show any icon (it's not hidden in the hidden icons things).
closing cantata does disappears and re-opening it is quick (vs the quit menu) but the icon is nowhere to be seen.
the notifications either don't seems to work as I haven't seen any :(
