Enhancement Idea: Allow filament color changing

I manage a print farm and it would be wonderful to have this print queue plugin. But we often have many tool changes (filament change) because we need to finish prints every day that are in many different colors.

It would be awesome if there was a way to schedule color changes in between certain prints!

You could potentually do this at the moment by writing a gcode script to wait/beep at you for the tool changes and schedule them in at the right places.

Let me know if this fixes your issue. I'll have a think about if i can add custom gcode for each queue item
