Couldn't find manifest for 'php5' from 'php' bucket.

Following the readme with:

scoop bucket add php
scoop install php/php5.6

it errors out with:
Couldn't find manifest for 'php5' from 'php' bucket.

I do have php installed via "normal" scoop. Does this cause any problems?
