FR: prefix config files

Could you please prefix the created ini-files with ext-?
Brew for macOS does it also that way.

I have some other ini-files which I manage with git.
With the prefix I could easily ignore the created files.

I think we will use the prefix when we change the postinstall script to be like what this bucket does
