(Almost) Duplicate Warnings at the Border of Districts #262

When living at the border of two districts, one receives two almost identical warnings for different districts. I observed this for DWD frost warnings (which makes sense since the weather does not change just because there is a border).
Describe the solution you'd like
Not sure if there is a good way. One could merge warnings with the same subject into one? Or at least group them together?
Describe alternatives you've considered
Ignore the duplicate warnings.
