[RFE] Allow clicking on "FOSS Warn has been updated" warning #261

Description

@genodeftest

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After the latest updates, FOSS Warn has shown notifications with text like this:

FOSS Warn has been updated
Please verify that your subscriptions are still valid.

Thanks for showing the warning and making me aware that something might be wrong.

In this situation, I need to:

  1. Switch to my launcher
  2. Start FOSS warn (usually searching for it, because it is rarely used so it is not in the most recently used apps or favorites)
  3. Check/confirm subscriptions
  4. expand notifications
  5. Swipe notification to remove it

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to click on the notification, which should

  1. Open the app (no need to go through the launcher)
  2. Dismiss the notification

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
I'm using FOSS Warn 1.0.1 from F-Droid store. I think this notification was the same when updating to FOSS Warn 1.0.0 a few days earlier. I'm running FOSS Warn on Android 15.
