Video orientation changes from portrait to landscape after conversion #6

When I convert a .mov file to an .mp4 file, the conversion process completes successfully, but the video orientation is incorrect. The original .mov video is in portrait orientation, but the resulting .mp4 file is in landscape. I would like the output video to keep the original portrait aspect ratio.
