Resolve SelectionCollection going off the screen

Come up with solution for too many elements to not fit the screen.

Those might be:

• Scrollable SelectionCollection
• Downscale the elements
• Break the collection into multiple lines

This is occurring for me even with only a few elements on screen, not enough to fill more than the entire width of the screen if that's what you mean by too many elements to fit.

If you can send me a screenshot I can help you out @yoiang.

But basically what I meant is, for menu elements:

• Only single constraint to horizontal (top/bottom) side is added
• Only single constraint to vertical side (left/right) is added
• The menu elements have exact dimension

Taking this under consideration when there is too many options in horizontal direction (or too many rows in vertical direction) than the content gets out of the screen.
