Doesn't Work Cross Network

Running server and client on same machine works fine. Once I try to run server on one IP and client on a different IP, client cannot connect.

You need to put * instead of IP.
Example: http://*:9767
That resolves the Issue

I get:
Error:Invalid URI: The Authority/Host could not be parsed.

When http://localhost:8080/signalr
I get:
Disconnected
Error:An error occurred while sending the request.
