Adjust the artifact jar names

The names chosen for our modules `ant` and `core` are regrettable since they are too short and run some risk of clashing with other libs out there. Most notably the ant module produces an ant-#.#.#.jar that could step on the actual apache ant  artifact. 

Changing this likely changes the maven coordinates and is generally not back compatible, so 2.0 is the target
