Solr Refguide Demo Updated

For those who might want to see a full working search system the demo at https://github.com/nsoft/index-solr-ref-guide has now been significantly updated.

It how has

1. A clear list of pre-requisites
2. A bash script (AWS tested) that will build out a complete system including
   1. locally deployed and debuggable 4 node solr cluster (ports 8981-8984, listening on localhost only)
   2. checkout and build Solr ref-guide
   3. Start a running copy of JesterJ 1.0.0 to index into solr
   4. Start a simple jetty server to
      1. Serve a simple HTML search interface
      2. Proxy requests into Solr (without allowing access to anything admin related)
      3. Serve the ref guide being searched (as a destination for the links in the search results!)
   5. Doubles as a cron job to pull/build fresh copies of the refguide, which JesterJ would then automatically pick up and re-index.

Do note that this is is "example" only and not meant to be bulletproof. The "AS IS and No Warranty" elements of the ASL 2.0 are key things to remember, but... that said, I did make some minor effort to secure it and have exposed a running copy to the internet without instant disaster...

The idea is to provide a fun example to play with. Enjoy! Let me know what you think, and of course pull requests here or there are welcome.
