Is it possible to add serialcheck into public Debian package repository?

We are facing the problem of merge serialcheck into some big open source test cases collection.
Serialcheck is not a common command and we have to download it from git and compile it.

It will be easier for management if sericalcheck would be built into common packages , say .deb or .rpm.

@orsonzhai , your request is valid, but I myself have no experience in getting new packages accepted into debian or fedora. I am also not sure if serialcheck will be considered as generally useful command to have packaged since its for developer testing only (and if this is even a consideration for acceptance).

Is this something you are willing to help with?

You should publish/tag a release first so that the packager can use that as a reference version instead of an arbitrary git hash.
The next step would be filing an RFP on the Debian bug tracker so that they know there is interest in a Debian package for serialcheck.

Additionally, it would be of great benefit to have a manpage available that Debian requires for new binaries.
