Downloading Odoo16

I have a problem in running scaffold 

1. using Odoo installer instead of github
2. check downloading postgresql 
3. update the apAdmin 
4. using Vs code instead of pycharm 
5. Sometimes you don't need to use the scaffold you can create it on your own
