Formatting of records ingested from Zenodo

BioCommons records ingested from Zenodo are not formatted correctly (e.g. bullet points and bolding of text is lost).

This issue also occurred in TeSS and was fixed as per this issue:

The code was already in place for other ingestors but hadn't been applied to the Zenodo one.
