torrent files not moved to subdirectories

Ran the script and it created subdirs partial and full, but all the downloaded torrent files remain in the root dir /volume/Downloads/Deluge/torrents. The created subdirs are empty.

The logfile musicscan.log does not appear to contain the stdout messages like torrent file match: by size (music) = 100.0%, by size (all) = 92.31%, by name 92.31%. My terminal buffer is limited so I've lost most of this information.

Ran the script as:

python3 musicscan-cli -o "/volume/Downloads/Deluge/torrents" -c server.conf "/volume/Downloads/Deluge/_music"
