Request: local mode - compare against list of downloaded .torrent files not yet seeded

• local mode. instead of searching the site for metadata & filesize match, just check a cache of downloaded .torrents for matching audio filesizes. could be useful especially for those of us with 1000s of .torrents fetched with scanlocal that are not yet seeded. local mode can skip metadata check entirely, just matching on size. also a local check for 'already seeded' could be used (as I think all clients keep a copy of the .torrent somewhere)

that would be great. Its a a real mess to have all them now in the folder, how to add them without searching every single subfolder in the ilbrary
