Hi there, and thanks for starting a discussion. Can you provide a copy of your (redacted) browserouter log? Should be in %localappdata%/BrowseRouter. Thanks! |

There is nothing in the logs when I get that error. I assume the outlook process is unable to access BrowseRouter, or is there a middle man from link click to default handler (htm/html) to BrowseRouter. I tried giving full access to the exe, but got the same error. |

I have it registered as the default browser for HTTP / HTTPS. I have tried to register as Admin and non-admin. I am running the latest version from GitHub (17.0). Also pulled code and built it. My only guess is it has something to do Office 365 and/or Safe Links. It works fine for other applications on the machine. |

That's interesting that it works for other apps, but just not for Outlook. Outlook does have its own browser setting. Which is selected for you?

Its set to default browser, if I change it to Edge, links then open in Edge. |

Anyone have issues with Microsoft suite (Outlook / ppt, etc.) throwing an error on link click?
I have register as both non-admin and Admin. I have tried adjusting permissions to the .exe and that has not helped.
