Stakeholder validation of holog/panel for ALMA

This story tracks validation plans to certify usability for ALMA operations (as a replacement for the modified-Gildas)

• TBD ALMA (or ngVLA?) stakeholders to test near-field holog. Include comparison with modified-Gildas
• TBD by ALMA stakeholders to test ‘panel’ for ALMA using (new?) wide-field observations (for high res on the aperture plane). ALMA panel models are expected to require curvature, and the 5-point panel fits is a key difference between ALMA and VLA, and is likely to be required for the ngVLA.
