Add phase to beamcut MDS and also a function to plot it

Phase vs beam offset might be an important diagnostic for ngVLA as it might help separating pointing error, from focus errors.
Requirements:

• Add phase to beamcut mdses.
• Add a plot of phase against cut progression.
• Update beamcut tests.
