Packet dont see samsung phone

Bug Description

As the title says. Linux flatpak install doesn't see my phone (Samsung S23 Android 16 update). Communication overall works. I can reliably send files from phone to pc. But the other way around phone is just not detected. Yes, I do make availability to receive files to "everyone"

This bug is not unique to Samsung. I also encounter this with a Pixel phone on Fedora 43 Silverblue.

For me i can see my Samsung A54 (Android 16) and Xiaomi Pad 6 (Android 14) and also click on them to send, Packet then says it was succesfull but on both devices it fails and says files cound not be transferred. The other way around it works flawlessly. Linux Mint 22.2 and I'm also using the flatpak version
