Add Cast Intent button, Frame Validator button, Help text in Plugin

Not directly requested by users, so lower priority - but linking to Warpcast Frame Validator would address questions of "how do I test my frame", and linking to channel + landing page would ensure people see instructional material / don't churn on first error

• Replace "💜 for Farcaster by @rafi" text with: "Need help? Check out our video and FAQ at frame.town or ask a question in the /frametown channel"
• Add a "Create Cast with Frame" button to the plugin UI, which is a cast intent embedding the frame; less friction to switch from Figma to Warpcast and create cast),
• Add a "Test Frame" button in plugin, target URL appends the Frame URL to the Warpcast Frame Validator
