"Space Factory (packed) Cannot Be Placed and stays in cargo forever"

Describe the bug
I'm encountering an issue in Factorissimo 3 where the Space Factory (packed) cannot be placed at all.
The placement preview appears, but the building never actually gets placed, no matter the location or surface.

My English isn’t great, so I wrote this with the help of AI — but the problem itself is simple.

To Reproduce

1. Obtain a Space Factory (packed) (craft or cheat).
2. Try placing it anywhere on a valid surface.
3. The placement outline shows up, but nothing is placed.

Expected behavior
The Space Factory (packed) should behave like other Factorissimo factory buildings and be placeable.

I can see these factories through the factory floor, including the items hanging inside their chest, but the items never come out. As a result, these factories basically get stuck in cargo, and the only things you can do with them are either throw them away or dismantle them into nothing.
