[Bug]: UI does not restore set language type / mime type

Describe the bug

While loading the ui ignores the mime param from the api.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open !3
2. Enter something, and force select a language on the top right
3. Save
4. The language is not selected anymore

Expected behavior

The language which was selected while saving should be restored while loading.
